Hi to Everyone and welcome to Saltwater Charters.We are back from an amazing few months of fishing the Abrolhos Islands with so many fish caught,kept and released its not funny.

This season was the year of the Dhufish with as many as 30 + sized fish being released in one day! I have started up a tagging program with some ANSA tags and have released nearly 40 tagged Dhuies all well and lively back to my secret spots, so hopefully we can catch them next season and see how they fared.

Soft plastics were a big hit this year and some great Spangled Emperor, Baldchin Groper, Coral Trout[up to 6 kg]were landed in 10 to 20 meters of water! Amazing fishing in shallow water.

The pelagics went off in April / May and June with Spanish Mackerel up to 15kg and Yellowfin Tuna to 30 kg quite common. Every trip was a raging success and everyone is coming back next year so I guess first in best dressed. I'll be going up at the start of April next year to get a few more trips in at the peak weather so give me a call to discuss any details.

The Abrolhos Islands is a truly amazing place to fish, surf, sight see and a must do for any keen fisho. Just to be able to eat, breathe and sleep fishing with a bunch of mates together on a great sea worthy boat without the worry of having a boat or knowing where to go.

Back to Perth and we are ready to go for the rest of winter and into summer.

The weather has been fantastic so far and the fish have had a rest so get out there before the ban mid October to catch a prize fish to take home.

This year we are only running the "Interceptor" over summer so we can offer you the best service in town on the best boat in town. We are already taking a few bookings so in order to get the day you want for your end of year bash GET IN EARLY to secure your booking.

We will be having a price rise starting from the 1st October and if you book before then you can have last years prices. Also if you have allready been out with us before for a whole boat booking we will give you the same prices as last year.

This will be our 4th year running and we are by far the best operator in Perth and we are willing to give you a refund minus the running costs if you are not happy with the service we provide you! Our aim is to give you the best food using the best gear on the best boat with the best crew in town!!
