Every year between April and September Saltwater Charters WA operates out of Geraldton offering 2 to 5 day adventure getaways at the Islands in our luxury live aboard vessel.

The Abrohlos Islands are situated 50 miles (80kms) off the coast of Geraldton.

The warm waters of the Leeuwin Current flow right through these magnificent coral reefs and islands providing a playground for water activities such as fishing, surfing and snorkeling/scuba diving.

Be amazed diving the sheltered coral bombies looking at the sub tropic and temperate species on offer. Watch dinner swimming in front of your eyes!

There are at least 6 world class surf breaks to choose from in uncrowded crystal clear waters. Help us find a new break to name and call your own!

The fishing is nothing short of exceptional with such a variety of 5 star table fish on offer that you would need a week to catch them all. Once you have been out here your views of fishing wont be the same again.

Whilst realizing the pressure these islands are facing, we would like to offer the experienced fisherman a sport fishing trip where a full bag limit is not a priority and catch and release is the preferred option. The pelagic scene is truly spectacular with Spanish mackerel, Yellowfin tuna, Cobia and even Sailfish often hitting bait schools 100 meters from an Island. Bring your lures, jigs, plastics and even fly's to target any of these often in the sheltered waters. We have a wealth of knowledge on all techniques and are more than willing to pass on. Catch a feed for dinner and get a buzz knowing that you are fishing for the future. Remember Fun not Fillets!

The skipper and crew are fully experienced in all aspects of these activities. All crew are ex professional fisherman to put you on the right spot!

The Interceptor will depart at dawn taking approximately 3 hour to reach the islands.

Your days are filled with your choice of fishing, surfing or diving. The nights are spent moored in sheltered waters between the islands.

All trips are fully catered, your only requirement is to bring sleeping bag, pillows, toiletries and alcohol.
